PETROL , a leading full-service advertising agency specializing in progressive marketing for some of the biggest brands in tech, sports, and video gaming—among many more—is seeking an AV Producer . With dedicated departments for print services, motion graphics, AV, social media, interactive/digital, as well as media planning & buying, we regularly develop fully integrated global marketing campaigns for some major brands across genres.
We have an opportunity for an AV Producer with experience working with clients on Audio Visual projects in an agency environment. You will be part of a team developing high-profile AV Content, including but not limited to live-action and game-play trailers.
At Petrol, our AV Producers are responsible for assisting in the management of client projects by communicating across all team functions and ensuring project consistency. The AV Producer works directly with the Senior AV Producer, the Director of AV, and Account Services to ensure all projects are properly scoped (internally or with third party vendors), trafficked, managed and completed on time and ensuring complete client satisfaction.
The AV Producer must exude calm, confidence, passion and the relentless pursuit for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Act as Mid-Level Producer support to all delegated tasks
Assist in traffic and planning schedules for wide variety of AV projects
Utilize analytics regarding profitability and task management to ensure projects remain on target
Assist in the creation and management complex campaign timelines
Monitor project budgets vs. actuals
Assist in creation of Statements of Work
Maintain communication with clients
Ensure post project reviews are performed and information captured for health of future client projects
Communicate across all functions on the team
Ensure project is consistent and guarantee client satisfaction across entire project
Revenue forecasting and projections
May work with process documents and standards
Work with the Accounts teams to ensure all assets, specs, and deliverables are properly assessed and delivered to internal teams.
Requirements:
3+ years experience; preferable in video game agency setting
At least 2 years of client-facing experience
Experience in post production supervision and hiring
Knowledge of CG/Animation, live-action, and game capture pipelines
Experience in and Knowledge of Unreal pipelines
Experience working on AV advertising campaigns
Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable; able to manage shifting priorities as projects evolve
Must be able to put together a detailed project plan
Well-versed in working with account services, creative, technical, upper management and third-party vendors
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience Adobe Cloud Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
Experience working with project management software including Asana, Google Docs/Sheets, SmartSheet, Slack, Workamajig Creative Pro
This is not a creative producer role.
