A Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator that will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various human resource functions. This position involves a range of administrative tasks and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR function.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork and facilitate new employee orientation.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating training schedules and managing onboarding materials.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Assist in the resolution of employee issues and escalate matters as needed to HR management.

  • Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Participate in audits and ensure the accuracy of HR documentation and records.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
