The Role

Join our dynamic team as an Employability Tutor (Trainer) and deliver high-energy, interactive sessions that equip participants with essential digital skills like CV writing, transferable skills analysis, job search strategies, and interview preparation. Your expertise will be key in helping individuals achieve and sustain new employment.

Location: Burnley

Salary: £26,150

What You'll Do:

  • Inspire and Facilitate: Lead engaging face-to-face and digital sessions that captivate and motivate participants.

  • Design Impactful Interventions: Craft tailored activities and workshops that meet the unique needs of each group, guiding them towards clear career goals.

  • Encourage Participation: Foster an inclusive environment that promotes active engagement and continuous learning, both in person and online.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with operational teams to create high-impact training solutions, including mock interviews and practical job search workshops.

  • Achieve Excellence: Meet and exceed performance targets, Key Performance Indicators, and quality standards by delivering top-tier employability training.

  • Guide and Support: Offer expert advice and constructive feedback to enhance participants' recruitment skills and confidence.

  • Innovate with Content: Develop and manage engaging content for our social media platforms to extend our reach and impact.

  • Uphold High Standards: Ensure every participant receives exceptional service, maximising their chances of securing sustainable employment.

  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed, quality participant records that document their journey in line with our standards and contractual obligations.

Experience In Training: Proven track record in delivering engaging group training sessions.

Customer-Focused: Background in a results-driven, customer-centric environment.

One-to-One Coaching: Skilled in providing individual support and constructive challenge.

Desired but not essential:

Qualified and Knowledgeable: Holding a recognised teaching or training qualification, with a solid understanding of recruitment legislation and the local job market.

Employability Expertise: Experience in the employability sector, ready to make a real difference.
