Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Description
The Office Administrator will assist with all Service Manager and Accounting Department needs within their contract services division.
They will offer support to the Service Manager of their designated area.
They will be required to use different platforms to fulfill these tasks, ensuring that the work is performed in a timely manner that is also performed correctly with minimal errors and supervision.
This position will report to both the Service Manager and Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities
Apply pricing to daily submitted paperwork (and apply markup, if applicable)
Enter submitted paperwork into necessary platforms
Enter handwritten paperwork into digital format
Enter hours worked into Monday.com
Scan all vendor invoices/receipts into accounting software for review & email to Accounts Payable
Apply rentals to invoices
Ensure all paperwork, invoices, & receipts have PO’s
Manage new hire paperwork
Schedule, log, and report safety meetings
Handle invoicing after probationary period (3-6 months)

Work Environment
Work Hours: Onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. The office environment is generally quiet with field technicians coming in the morning. The team loves to have fun and provides a supportive atmosphere with room for growth within the organization.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
