Hyatt Outlet Manager [Korean National Only] in BUSAN, South Korea

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. This is a highly visible role within the hotel and offers the opportunity to provide the highest level of guest and employee satisfaction at Hyatt.

Qualifications:

  • Working experience within Hyatt Hotel’s is preferred

  • Ideally with a relevant Degree, Apprenticeship or Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.

  • Progressive career in F&B Service gained in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in occupational health and safety standards

  • Superior communication and customer service skills

  • Strong management and leadership capabilities

  • Passion for working with people
