Duties:Assume leadership for the Upward Bound/Upward Bound Math-Science projects, administration and supervision of the projects.Develop, execute, monitor and evaluate project objectives. Establish, monitor and administer budget funds on both grants. Collect tracking data and write annual reports. Recruit, select, train, supervise and evaluate all project staff. Assist in identifying, recruiting and selecting program participants. Establish procedures to maintain the student and administrative record system. Review SPEARs for participants in conjunction with the Coordinators. Provide leadership for effective parental and community involvement. Travel monthly throughout the target area for project management meetings.
