As Senior Administrative Assistant within our Global Dermatology and Respiratory team you’ll be supporting the Head of Global Medical Immunology and TA Leads for Dermatology and Respiratory. This role requires a high level of administrative skill and technical competence as the organization is complex, global and has many internal and external senior partners

Main responsibilities:

  • Heavy Calendar management, travel arrangements, expense management, schedule meetings/reserve conference rooms, and all other administrative support.

  • Takes initiative and independently manages special/administrative projects in dynamic fast paced environment.

  • Pro-actively manages domestic and global meeting logistics and arranges domestic and international travel and ensuring efficient processing of expenses.

  • Manages communications as requested, including telephone calls, meeting planning, and email messages.

About you

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED and 5+ year's administrative experience

  • Proficiency in using computer technology including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and others)

  • High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Strong initiative, tact, communication and interpersonal skills.
