Acting as a forensic scientist, you will investigate issues ranging from off-flavors to rheology. Expertise in flavor and aroma analysis is of primary importance for this role, as you will be relied upon for the maintenance and operation of Campbell's gas chromatography instruments and the interpretation of the results obtained. Additional skills in HPLC, DSC, and rheology are also highly desirable. Your work will have a direct impact on overcoming development and launch hurdles for new products and solving critical issues in current manufacturing processes.
