Kennsington Golf Course in Canfield, Ohio is an 18-hole, 7,050-yard, par 71 that blends natural beauty with a challenging layout. In addition to the course, Kennsington features a driving range, chipping area, Pro Shop and Full Swing Golf Simulator Lounge.
Kennsington Golf Course is seeking a detail-oriented team leader with a strong guest-focused skill set and a passion for golf.
Salary Commensurate with experience.
Golf Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure Exceptional Customer Service at the Golf Course and Golf Simulator Lounge.
Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Responsible for the Golf Shop Retail operation to include buying product, managing inventory levels and promotions.
Oversee the supervision of the maintenance of golf carts and golf operations personnel.
Maintain a close working relationship with the Golf Course Attendants and other department heads to ensure an effective, fluid inter-departmental operation.
Review findings from guest feedback with employees to develop appropriate corrective action.
Prepare annual and monthly budgets for golf operations.
Perform other duties as assigned or required by the management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have 3 years of experience (Relevant experience in golf club management also acceptable)
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Business Administration or Hospitality Diploma
Must have valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass a Reference Check

Full Time Position
Workdays: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Hours: 6:00am to 7:00pm
Yearly Salary: From $50,000
