Position: Night Shift Equipment Operator
Summary
Responsible for operating a variety of off-road trucks and equipment utilized in aggregates/mining sites
Shift Hours: Start time 5:00 pm. Hours can range from 10-12-hour shifts.
Requirements Perform daily inspections of the vehicle Observe visual and auditory signals during vehicle operation. Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to supervisor, clean equipment. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Dozer, excavator, and loader experience
Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Minimum 1-year previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
Physical Requirements & Conditions Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and seasons Ability to lift 75 pounds Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of machinery.
We are excited to share the base range for this position is $22.60 - $31.70, exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary). The offered base hourly compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience.
