Position Summary
Follows an established cleaning schedule, performs a variety of janitorial duties to maintain distribution center building and grounds to meet QCD and customer standards for appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
Established in 2006 as a division of Golden State Foods, Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) provides custom distribution services to iconic customers throughout the United States. QCD services over 7.500 STORES NATIONALLY with more than 1 MILLION DELIVERIES PER YEAR.
As a warehouse sanitation associate, you will follow an established cleaning schedule performing a variety of janitorial duties to maintain the distribution center building and grounds to meet QCD and customer standards.
5 day work week/8 hour shift
Schedule will be Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday
Pay $21.00/hr
Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm
Must be able to work weekends/holidays
Must be able to work in a warehouse cooler/freezer
Responsibilities
General Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
Keep warehouse floor clean, using both manual and electric-powered equipment
Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, shipping/receiving docks, and fence line
Collect waste material for both recycling and disposal
Maintain cleanliness of leaker boards in both the dry and chill areas
Maintain cleanliness of break room to standard
Organize and stock supply cabinets for the break room, restrooms, and locker rooms
In support of the above functions, may be assigned basic tasks related to facility maintenance
Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications
Qualifications Required of this Position:
Licensed fork lift operator with a minimum of six months of safe operation of material handling equipment. Knowledge of sanitation and janitorial concepts and techniques, ability to work independently. Possess reading and basic math skills. Physically capable of standing, walking, and twisting while carrying up to 50 lbs. objects. HS Diploma or equivalent required.
