Immediate Hiring for Genral Production worker in Canton, MI.

Description:
GNS is a Tier 1 automotive supplier whose biggest customer is GM. GNS has 200 employees over 3 shifts. They are looking to add 2 production operators to their team. They will be placed in the Hot Stamping or Laser Operating departments. The best candidate will possess the following skills:
Making sure the machine operations are accurate
Lifting the finished pieces from the machine and in to a bin or rack (15-20 pounds)
Check the work pieces making sure they are accurate
Following general instructions to perform production smoothly
1st Shift 6:10AM - 2:30PM
2nd Shift 2:10 PM - 10:30PM
3rd Shift 10:10 PM - 6:30 AM
(40-48 hours weekly)
Monday - Friday (working some Saturday's for a full day, normal shift times. Candidates will know this ahead of time)
20 minute lunch (unpaid)
10 minute break (paid)
ATTENDANCE
This is crucial at GNS, they have a very strict 2 point policy. Must get approval on days off by asking your supervisor in advance. The first point is a warning and the 2nd point results in termination. If a candidate will not be in there they MUST call the attendance line and let us know. There is a train that runs in the area that causes a lot of issues, but there is a route around the train so candidates are not late.
