Kelly Services HR Generalist in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Our client, a member-owned agricultural cooperative, is currently seeking a HR Generalist for a 7 month assignment with potential to extend . Candidate needs to be local to Carlisle, PA.

The hours and pay for this position are as follows:

  • Monday – Friday – 3pm to 11:30pm

  • Pay: $18-20/hr - Based on experience

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Provides second shift Human Resources support and services to butter processing plant

  • Activities will include: employee relations, HR administration, recruiting, assisting employees with questions/concerns, provide guidance to supervisors, and, employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience

  • Computer skills – proficient in MS Office, ADP eTime is preferred

  • High School Diploma required; BS/BA preferred
