Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract top-tier professionals in the technology field.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that optimize organizational effectiveness.
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee HR operations, including workforce planning, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
Collaborate on strategic diversity and inclusion programs to strengthen company culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within the technology or professional services industries.
Deep knowledge of employment laws, policies, and best practices in talent management.
Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR software platforms such as Workday or BambooHR.
