As part of this job, you will have the chance to operate on moderate to complex high-speed automated equipment used in liquid filling and gels manufacturing. Your primary responsibilities will include providing engineering support for existing machinery and designing, programming, testing, and installing new or upgraded equipment. This role will offer you the opportunity for professional development, involvement in novel projects, and the ability to take on more significant levels of responsibility. It is essential to possess specific skills and experience in applying hardware engineering concepts for production utilization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform automation, electrical, and controls engineering services for existing and new equipment

  • Review and approve vendor-provided documents and validation protocols

  • Proficiently write or modify PLC/HMI/PC/Vision software

  • Address and resolve manufacturing equipment concerns

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or a related technical field (equivalent experience will also be considered)

  • 2+ years' experience developing PLC/HMI programs for automated equipment

  • Previous experience addressing electrical challenges related to automated production equipment

  • Motion control and robotics experience preferred

  • Strong familiarity with electro-mechanical equipment design and development process

  • Attentive to details and highly organized

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $91,700.00–$138,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
