About the Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role will have a big impact in supporting Clinical Architectures reputation as a data quality leader in the healthcare industry by managing and coordinating our trade show and conference presence. The successful candidate will oversee logistics, coordinate attendees and outbound shipments to trade shows, and support our business development and new account revenue objectives. Additionally, this role will actively participant on the Marketing Team by assisting in the creation of marketing content and collateral, email marketing activities, and drafting copy for media announcements to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

This is an in-office position at our Carmel, IN headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver in-person events, including trade shows, speaking events, and conferences.
  • Organize and lead internal event prep meetings, document and communicate event details, and define event KPIs in collaboration with event participants and Sales Team.
  • Manage event logistics, including attendee registrations, hotel reservations, internet and electricity arrangements, shipping, event services orders, catering orders, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team in creation of website, blog, and email marketing content.
  • Assist with writing media announcements and coordinating media interviews.
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience with event planning responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and process data into useful information.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with ability to engage stakeholders over the phone to gather information.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Experience working in Healthcare and / or Information Technology a plus.
