Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Tower Climbers for projects located in the Carmel, IN area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Tower Climber and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
Maintenance, rigging, and installation of equipment located on top of towers
Climb communications towers to repair antennas and auxiliary equipment
Inspect towers for safety and stability
Bolt equipment into place
Lift parts into place often using a crane, gin pole, or other equipment
Install components like antennas, transmission lines, surge arrestors, and connectors
Test communications equipment
Requirements
Must have prior experience
Must pass a drug screen
OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
