Commercial Business Analyst: Strategic Accounts & Customer Experience
Position Overview
This role manages the production of insights for the Strategic Sales team within commercial sales division. This role will partner with business units including IT , SI, & Sales to create streamlined data and solutions to support the Strategic Accounts team as well as CX leadership . This position will engage as the subject matter expert providing an in-depth knowledge of sales , accounts and tools to advance company objectives .
Responsibilities:
Partner with Vice Presidents of Strategic Accounts (VPSA s ) globally to execute account management and compensation structure .
Capture and process metrics via multiple systems (Salesforce, Tableau)
Partner with Marketing Services to provide KPI intel for accurate customer facing reports
Connect with Shaw Integrated Solutions to obtain clear understanding of customer spend
Coach and support the Strategic Accounts team on the compensation process and best practices for Salesforce compliance and tracking
Ensure delivered products meet the business needs of the company
Partner and provide recommendations to inform strategy
Effectively communicate analysis and articulate takeaways to senior leadership
Extract meaningful insights and trends and provide recommendations to Strategic leadership which will improve business performance
Lead work with IT and key business units to identify opportunities and inconsistencies in data and develop long term solutions for data capture and maintenance and serves as a subject matter expert
Build knowledge, research and build analytic al skills through independent learning
Qualifications:
4- year degree in business administration or related experience
MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Experience with CRM and data visualization tools such as Tableau & Salesforce
Strong written and verbal presentation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
Demonstrated quantitative skills
Ability to interact collaboratively with internal customers and external vendors
Capable of supporting multiple projects, including the ability to coordinate and balance numerous tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines
