SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for assisting in preparing and
overseeing budgets and projects with the Maintenance Manager; guiding
and directing the day-to-day Utilities maintenance and operations for
the facility; creating Team Member work schedules for Utilities
department; and ensuring that all parts necessary to perform maintenance
are available through collaboration with Planner and Parts Room
Supervision. Will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day
operations of the Hot Water systems, Air Compressors, HVAC systems, and
Electrical infrastructure. Will be responsible for working with the
Plant Safety, Food Safety and Environmental Program Managers in order to
maintain compliance with all AHJ and any additional Corporate
Governance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: HS Diploma is a must; college degree preferred.
- Experience: 10 years electrical experience and 7+ years supervisory
experience with direct reports in a food manufacturing facility is
required. .
- Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and
written.
- Travel: Minimal.
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Any listed amounts represent the base pay range. Additional compensation
may be available for this position based on various factors such as
shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift
incentives, or bonuses. Pay is just one part of Tyson\'s total
compensation package.
