Position Summary: Responsible for working directly with customers in our busy Parts Department, following procedures to search and sell parts, and demonstrating teamwork with other departments and locations of the organization.
Essential Duties and Expectations:
Floyd's Truck Center (Casper) is seeking an experienced (2-5 years) Parts Counter Sales professional to join our team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where the staff are supported by management, then applying for our team is the right fit.
This role requires the right candidate to work well with computer systems, service technicians, and customers seeking parts in a timely and efficient manner to help reduce vehicle and equipment downtime for both our internal/external customers.
This is a very detailed-oriented position within the organization that requires a high level of customer service skills, research and comfortability navigating computer systems, and maintaining consistent communication with your customers (either service technicians in the shop, parts team members from our other locations, or with your direct customers at the front counter or phone.)
This ideal candidate will have either a parts/medium-to-heavy duty truck sales background or has worked as a successful diesel technician ready to transfer that knowledge to the parts department.
