(Operations/Sales) Manager overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Organizing the production budget in collaboration with the Production Director. The operations functions will encompass approximately 80% of the entire position. The Operations Manager will perform sales functions to the products that we manufacture and will encompass approximately 20% of this position. The Operations Manager will coordinate the sales activities with existing and new customers.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
