OVERVIEW:
This is complex Engineering work for the Department of Public Works.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate engineering experience as it relates to
water quality design, drainage improvements for development, regulatory
permitting for stormwater discharge permits with the Water Quality Control
Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and
criteria review and revisions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Seven years of progressively responsible work experience in Civil Engineering
or a related field.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be registered with the State
of Colorado Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors as a Professional Engineer. Must possess a valid Colorado
Driver's License upon hire, with complying insurance. Review of motor
vehicle record is required at time of hire and periodically throughout
