A successful individual in this role will be actively involved in the strategic support of community operations, working with the leadership team to ensure fiscal accountability, and developing the necessary business acumen that will drive the financial performance of the community.

How you will make an impact

  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements and related management reporting to effectively highlight critical issues, business risks, trends, and opportunities

  • Provide financial insights to the operations team that will enable them to develop their financial acumen and ultimately drive the financial performance of the community.

  • Perform special business analysis to highlight critical issues and recommend solutions to enhance Community performance

  • ​Develop the annual operating and capital plan for the community to establish the financial guardrails and targets for the coming year.

  • Oversee the accounts receivable function at the community to ensure adequate controls and timely cash collection.

  • Be an active and engaged leader at the community to help drive the culture of the organization.

  • Interact regularly with our residents and staff through presentations, trainings, seminars, and events to instill confidence in our financial strength and stability of the community.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $125000.00 / year plus a generous bonus plan

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required

  • CPA/MBA a plus

  • Minimum of 7 years in a similar industry

  • Minimum of 5 years in a management role
