JOB REQUIREMENTS: Kemps in Cedarburg is looking for hard-working people who want to work (1-2) shifts per week / (10-20) hours per week in our Plant Case-room! This is an excellent way to make extra money while gaining fun experience working side-by-side with our dedicated team members in the fast-moving world of milk manufacturing! Location: W55 N155 McKinley Blvd, Cedarburg, WI 53012 Hours: 4am-4pm on Saturdays, additional 8 hour shift at some other point in the week if you\'d like more hours. POSITION TASKS: Unload cases, pallets, return product, and remove unwanted items from returning truck trailers. Keep an accurate count of cases and pallets that return on the truck railers. Keep the bottling machines supplied with clean and sanitized cases. Operate the case washer and related sanitizing equipment in a safe manner. Perform cleanup on the case washer and other cleaning / sanitizing equipment daily. Who Are We? Must be able to operate clamp truck, forklift and / or pallet-jacks in a safe and efficient manner (Willing to train the right person). Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Effective verbal and written communications skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks. Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high. Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit. May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals.
