meaningful experience in roadway design for local roadways, arterials, and
highways for local, state, national, and international clients.
When You Work at Stanley Consultants You Will:
Collaborate with and learn from experienced Professional Engineers and be
mentored by industry leaders in transportation.
Support experienced engineers on transportation projects, including plan
development for a comprehensive range of transportation design projects,
including horizontal and vertical geometry, cross sections, earthwork
modeling, 3D roadway modeling, quantities calculations, construction
specifications, and utility coordination.
Enjoy a diverse client base enabling you to follow your passion in
engineering.
Have the opportunity for cross-training with other transportation disciplines
including: traffic engineering, roadway drainage, transportation
structures, and construction management.
Contribute to the communities we call home, instilling a sense of pride and

Essential duties include:
Conducting project site visits and field investigations.
Performing design computations.
Preparing and checking quantity calculations.
Assisting in roadway plan development using computer aided drafting and design
programs.
Adhering to company standards for quality control.
Researching and understanding City, County, State, and Federal
Engineering Design Standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited
engineering program
Engineer Intern (EIT) registration required
0-4 years of civil engineering experience, prior relatable
internship/co-op experience preferred
Experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and/or Autodesk Civil3d cadd
platforms
Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate
Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the
firm
The capability to learn virtual collaboration tools such as ProjectWise

Base Compensation: $61,100 - $78,600

be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experience,
