Volt is immediately hiring for a Mechanical Assembler in Englewood, CO.

As a Mechanical Assembler you will:
Follows production drawings, schematics, sample assemblies and verbal
instructions to assemble product.
Makes accurate mathematical calculations and uses precision measuring
instruments as required.
Uses a wide variety of hand and power tools and machines to perform skilled
fitting and assembly work.
Inspect parts and performs basic tests.
Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders,
cements, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in
May perform other general assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating,
sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching,
impregnating, and color-coding parts and assemblies.
May perform h and soldering using a soldering iron.
Troubleshoots and replaces defects of finished products.
Ensures that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing
process.
Records information on production records, logs and other report forms.
Other duties as assigned
This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Requires a high school diploma and some degree of vocational or technical
training
2-5 years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
Soldering experience desired
Ability to read and interpret blue prints or other documents.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Day shift
Pay Rate: $20.00-$27.00
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work
location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
