Summary:
In this role, you will work with Vizient's enterprise account management
team to enhance sales effectiveness for our enterprise customers. You will
achieve this by developing and executing a data visualization and messaging
strategy that aligns customer needs with Vizient solutions. You will lead a
talented team to implement a comprehensive support model for the enterprise
sales team, establish strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the
organization, and cultivate a culture of data-driven insights and visuals to
help optimize sales performance. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth
and delivering valuable insights through strategic data visualization
initiativ
Responsibilities:
Manage the strategic planning and implementation of data visualization and
messaging initiatives aimed at improving sales performance for Vizient's
enterprise customers.
Collaborate with enterprise sales teams and business unit subject matter
experts to identify specific areas where data visualization can enhance sales
performance and develop targeted solutions.
Develop a comprehensive support model that aligns with the needs of the
enterprise account management team, ensuring clarity in scope, intake
processes, and work prioritization. Adheres to Service Level Agreements and
maintains a focus on delivering high-quality outputs within expected and
established timeframes.
Lead a team of skilled and innovative data visualization experts in
identifying sales opportunities through data mining, analysis, and
generating valuable insights.
Provide expertise and contribute to the development of the data visualization
and messaging strategy for key pursuits.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
and collaboration on data visualization initiatives.
Foster a culture of great visual storytelling and effective presentation
design through virtual and in-person training for enterprise principals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness.
Stay informed about the latest tools and technologies in data visualization
and messaging and assess their potential value for Vizient's enterprise
customers.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
10 or more years of relevant work experience successfully delivering data,
analytics, and reporting solutions.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team are
required.
Must have a proven track record in manipulating, analyzing, and
normalizing large complex volumes of data from diverse sources to create
adaptable reporting solutions.
Strong knowledge and experience working with healthcare data is required.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is required.
Ability to understand business requirements, create functional
specifications, and translate complex technical concepts into clear,
concise language for business stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with varied audiences across all
levels of the organization.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to
present and clearly explain insights based on data to non-technical executive
audiences.
Willingness to travel. This will include periodic travel to corporate offices
or onsite member meetings.

Estimated Hiring Range:$187,800.00 - $293,400.00
