Working with Finance Manager and Owner to purchase equipment from overseas vendors Communicate thoroughly with vendors to ensure accurate orders are placed Manage timelines from purchasing to delivery and communicating internally and externally throughout the process Receiving product in inventory system and ensuring that payment timelines are accurately entered Managing back-orders, delays and other challenges Accurate and timely data entry
What we look for:
2+ years' in a purchasing, accounts payable and/or receiving/inventory management position Inventory tracking software experience (QuickBooks, Accumatica or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Consistent, reliable and trustworthy
