As part of our Salesforce team, you will ?help transform
Saleforce.com and related business systems and processes to best-in-class by
facilitating collaboration between business users and the technology team.
This role is a change agent as a member of the Product Development Team and
engages regularly with leaders across the business including Technology,
Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations and Security.?
About the role:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will partner with business users to
understand challenges and recommend user-centered, data driven solutions
supporting business vision and strategic objectives. Key to this role will be
translating business needs to technology teams by diligently developing user
stories, process maps, requirements documents and workflows.

In the short term you will:
Understand our Salesforce ecosystem
Build and foster trusted relationships with business stakeholders,
technology and project management
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, create formatted user
stories, build agile development sprints and coordinate structured user
acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback which will facilitate successful
delivery
In the long term you will:
Own backlog - establish prioritization and implementation of the Salesforce
Development Team backlog of stories driving transparency with stakeholders
Create and manage effective end-to-end testing strategies at an initiative
level
Assist with managing project / initiative progress by tracking activities,
resolving problems, creating progress reports and identifying risks
Develop recommendations that improve the overall process and system design by
maintaining protocols and understanding strategic objectives and technology
vision
Be seen as a thought leader for the lead to cash ecosystem

Ability to demo and train end super users on new functionality
Ability to write user stories with clear acceptance criteria

teams
