Due to continued and rapid growth, we are accepting applications for a Clinical Consultant (Mako Robotics) to work in our Joint Replacement team in the Central Coast !
As a Clinical Consultant for Joint Replacement, you will play a key role in providing expert clinical guidance and support to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, orthopedic teams, and hospital staff. You will be the expert with the Mako robot, working in theatre. You will work closely with the sales and training teams to ensure our joint replacement products are implemented and utilized effectively in clinical settings.
The Role:
Clinical Support: Provide in-depth product and procedural support for Joint Replacement products and our Mako Robot to surgeons, nurses, operating room staff, and clinical teams.
Training & Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the latest joint replacement techniques and product usage.
Product Consultation: Offer expert guidance on the selection and implementation of Joint Replacement systems tailored to patient needs.
Case Support: Provide real-time assistance during Joint Replacement surgeries, ensuring optimal product performance and patient outcomes.
Clinical Research: Participate in ongoing clinical studies, data collection, and feedback loops to improve product development and application.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Skills and Experience:
We will provide extensive training about the Joint Replacement portfolio, and the Mako robot, so you can be fully equipped for consulting in surgical procedures - no specific experience required, just a passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes!
