Responsibilities
Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, and value of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in stock.
Count various products accurately, ensuring detailed attention to discrepancies.
Conduct research to determine root causes of inventory discrepancies.
Perform quality checks and support the product recall process as needed.
Prepare routine reports and correspondence related to inventory management.
Communicate effectively with groups of customers or associates, both in writing and verbally.
Demonstrate excellent listening skills to ensure effective two-way communication.
Utilize basic mathematical skills for counting and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational guidelines and regulations.
Complete tasks efficiently within the specified shift hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or 7:30 am - 4:30 pm).
Participate in phone interviews as part of the candidate selection process.
