Robert Half is seeking an IT Support Technician for a client located in Century City, CA. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting, imaging, and troubleshooting O365, MAC equipment along with Windows equipment and more.
Must haves:
· Enterprise/ and or entertainment experience, OK with physical tasks, hardware redeploy, moving office supplies
· 3-5+ years’ experience in IT Help Desk (100% remote support via phone, email, etc.)
· Knowledge of both MAC/ PC Environment
· Excellent communication, customer service and executive support
· Excellent documentation skills
· Familiar with ticketing service: ServiceNow
· Expereince managing vendors (OK talking with HP, Phone, printer partners)
· Cleared on physical work – picking up boxes, hardware, lifting heavy items (set-up of workstations)
· Strong communicator, friendly, will be helping with onboarding
Requirements
Job Scope/Day to Day:
· 3-5 years MAC/Windows enterprise environment experience
· Active Directory, ticketing systems, mobile device (Android/iOS)
· Troubleshot Wi-Fi, iPhones, iPads
· Troubleshooting the current versions of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint),
· Excellent communication, customer service and executive support (white-glove service)
· Excellent documentation skills
· At least 3+ years of experience with a combination of providing technical hardware, software, connectivity, application and problem resolution to all client computers and users by diagnosing and guiding users through step-by-step solutions
· Deploy and configurate new hire hardware set-up (Active Directory/Office 365) – extensive experience required
· Provide Technical support for all employees in onsite and remotely via telephone, e-mail
· Identify and resolve issues regarding general computer problems, printing, internet access, emails, network drives, remote connection, device set up.
