We are seeking a Project Manager, Operations with experience liaising between multiple departments to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Location: This position can be based out of Century City on a hybrid basis.
Overview of Role: The Project Manager, Operations is responsible for assisting the COO with diverse work streams for a large scale projects including, but not limited, to assisting in the expansion of our global footprint through mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant
Prepare agendas, calendars, letters, and other communications for COO and the Operations Department
Coordinates and exercises discretion with COO’s calendar and company-wide meetings and deadlines
Researches and identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions to management.
Assists in developing and implementing proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the operations department
Assesses progress of various projects and escalates issues regarding scope, timelines, resources, and costs for management
Maintains all operations processes, procedures and files, and updates informational spreadsheets as
required.
Maintains project documentation including timelines, due diligence, and other project documentation.
Coordinates with all internal departments which may include Facilities, Administration, IT, Internal Accounting, HR, Bank Operations, and Tax
A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative management role
Bachelor’s degree is required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick thinking and a self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently will little supervision while being able to juggle multiple responsibilities across various disciplines
Excellent research skills
Ability to act in a confidential capacity

This is an exempt position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. The expected base compensation hiring range for these positions is as follows:
- Project Manager, Operations: $75,000 to $100,000 per year
