CACI's National Security and Innovations (NSIS) Sector is looking for a Supply Chain - Material Program Manager. The SC-MPM reports to the Director of Supply Chain and is directly aligned to support Director, Program Manager. Position will be in the program office in Chantilly, Virginia.

What You’ll Get to Do:

· The role is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of all program material strategies and supply chain objectives.

· Provide Subject Material Expertise (SME) and oversight of warehouse and inventory management, transportation, packaging, and handling.

· Participate in Program Leadership strategy and meetings.

· You will have the opportunity to develop the front end of the program’s Supply Chain activities, including forecasting & planning, supplier risk management & optimization, to providing subject SME around quality & return material authorization (RMA).

· As a member of the program office, you will participate in Program Performance Reviews, Risk & Opportunity Reviews, and Product Engineering Reviews.

· Daily coordination with internal and external suppliers on material and order status.

· This role will serve as the leader for the program’s supply chain activities and is the liaison between the Program Manager(s), other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization. The SC-MPM will work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create common inventory management schedules and strategies based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

· Develop procurement strategies in support of program’s requirements.

More About The Role:

· Developing and executing supply chain planning and forecasting, inventory management and logistics optimization strategies.

· Creating, managing, and executing material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP).

· Ensures optimization of materials management activities including scheduling, purchasing, strategic pricing, contract manufacturing, inventory planning, warehousing, supplier performance measurement, and indirect materials management.

· Establish supplier management database and hold monthly meetings with strategic suppliers.

· Responsible for the purchasing, order tracking, supplier follow-up and on time delivery for material in support of program.

· Overall ownership of the supplier management process including supplier performance, critical supplier management, SCM metrics, international issues, Make/Buy strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.

· Supporting and executing risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives

· Will work with SBLO and small business office to Identify and develop opportunities for small business participation.

· Monitoring and proactively addressing performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, schedule, quality, and Earned Value Management System.

· Flowing down Supplier Management Best Practices to suppliers which include risk mitigation and subcontract management plans.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8-10 years directly related work experience in Supply Chain.

· Extensive experience working in managing actual costs, Estimate at Completion and Estimate to Completion.

· Strong supplier management, financial, contracting, sourcing, and negotiating experience along with prior project management responsibilities.

· Requires a strong leader with demonstrated project management, critical thinking skills and will be directly accountable for ensuring overall Supply Chain objectives.

· The SC-MPM must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of NSIS sector and functional management.

· The ability to exert influence and influence the overall objectives and long-range goals of the program and the program IPT team.

· Knowledge of ISO-9001/AS9100 and CMMI.

· Experience leading a team.

· Understanding of government regulations (i.e.: FAR / DFARS, ITAR / EAR, TINA, etc.).

· Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

· Must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance within one year of start date.

· U.S. Citizenship is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

· Experience with inventory control policies and procedures on Government Furnished Equipment and Government Property.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

· An MBA or equivalent

· Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

· Has led a supply chain planning organization with experience in working within procurement system (P2P) and an MRP.

· Experience with both commercial and DoD Supply Chain requirements and standards.

· Experience leading supply chain activities for an ACAT II or higher DoD program

· Major Subcontract, Contract or Program Management experience.

· Experience collaborating with Contracts Administrators, Subcontract Administrators, Buyers, and business leadership.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$77,200 - $162,200
