Primary Role

Provides general direction and oversight of electrical and mechanical proposals during planning/development of new or renovated plant and field projects. Performs other related functions and duties as assigned or as they become apparent and necessary. This position is required to carry out tasks with a minimum of direction. The person must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and ability to complete jobs with and without help from others.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM & on-call responsibility

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide input for preparing and controlling local maintenance and preventive maintenance within established budget limitations.
  • Responsible for all project electrical/mechanical work, including but not limited to installation, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, lighting, outlets, switches, wiring motors, motor controls, instrumentation installation and troubleshooting, SCADA system hardware maintenance, start-up testing control panel maintenance, and power tools.
  • Capable of conducting duties in a safe, efficient manner that will ensure safety to themselves, co-workers and the public.
