Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with financial reporting. The Bookkeeper will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar programs.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial information.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) a plus.
