Aerotek Building Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina

Building Engineer Needed in Charlotte, NC


  • The Building Engineer is responsible for completing work orders, grounds maintenance, painting, caulking, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, electrical and completing maintenance on buildings as needed.

  • Will perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds.

  • Will also monitor the building operations and performance.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Proficient in preventative maintenance

  • Experienced with safety standards (lockout/tagout)

  • Experienced with Building Automated Systems (BAS)

  • Has used electronic systems such as BMS, EMS, CMMS, etc.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft applications and software's
