Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Developer for a large client in Charlotte, NC. This individual will be part of the data management team working on the customer facing and consumer applications. This individual must have previous experience working on these applications, strong SQL server, exposure to MongoDB and AWS.
Collaborate with agile project teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable OLTP data solutions
Design and build data persistence and transport solutions using modern data technologies
Identify, evaluate, and implement best-in-class cloud and managed solutions
Perform in-depth data analysis to validate system behavior, identify problems, and support business users
Support and guide architectural standards and best practices
Manage priorities and assigned tasks with minimal oversight
Mentor new and junior team members
Communicate effectively with team members and all project stakeholders
Generate and review design documents based on project requirements and final technical solutions

Skills and Requirements
5+ yrs. of professional experience developing OLTP platforms and data modelling
Deep understanding of AWS data services and managed services such as Atlas, Snowflake, etc.
Extensive experience with relational (i.e., Postgres, MS SQL, etc.) and NoSQL (i.e., MongoDB) database technologies
Experience developing scalable data access using APIs and Kafka producers/consumers
Understanding of Data Management and architecture best practices
Experience working within an agile project team and managing multiple workloads
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders null
