Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and resolving issues related to the MES implementation.

  • Your day-to-day activities will involve monitoring the system, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • You will be required to have proficiency in Issue Management.

  • Having proficiency in Rockwell Pharma Suite will be advantageous.

  • Monitor the MES system and identify issues affecting production processes. Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Provide technical support to end users and ensure system uptime.

  • Document issue resolution processes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in MES level 1 type of a skillset.

  • Issue Management experience.

  • All employees are expected to work from the client location only.

  • There are 24x7 shifts where each employee will get placed into.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Plant interaction experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
