Our client, a leader in the Banking industry, is seeking an Onboarding and Customer Set-up Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Onboarding and Customer Set-up Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid work schedule
Pay Range: $55 per hour (W2 Only)
What's the Job?
Manage client onboarding processes for specific sales desks within the Corporate and Investment Bank.
Support the Sales team by ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate the setup of Repo/Sponsored Repo products.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process.
Act as a point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in client onboarding or customer service roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial products, particularly Repo/Sponsored Repo, is a plus.
