Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of designing user experiences for web and mobile applications, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • At least 4 years of experience working at a financial institution or within the finance services industry.

  • Expert in UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

  • Knowledge of CSS and Storybook.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and design solutions.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and interaction design.

  • Experience in streamlining complicated enterprise software.

  • Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of databases, data pipelines, data visualization techniques, APIs, and web technologies is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Knowledge of current UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

  • 7+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.

  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions.

  • Strategically engage with client personnel.
