Beginning pay rate $21.48, commensurate with experience
What do Dispatch and Routing Assistants Do?
Support the transportation department by providing the following:
Office support by answering calls and provide excellent customer service
Maintains communication with drivers
Conducting driver orientation and driver training
Assisting with setting and adjusting routes
Serves as a back-up driver

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Illinois Class B commercial drivers license (CDL) with school bus permit
2+ years of experience in logistics, route setting, transportation, or related field
Ability to pass fingerprint, criminal background check
