Shifts:
1st: 6am - 2pm
2nd: 2pm - 10:30am
3rd: 10pm - 6:30am
Pay:
$18 and up based on shift
Job Description:
· Monitor and maintain the quality level of product.
· Inspect components before line delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
· Perform layered audit and quality checks
· Ability to review parts and make determinations if they pass/fail the quality standards
· Assist production to manage nonconforming product and to analyze and eliminate problems.
· Perform product and process audits and follow up on non-conformities detected by the audits.
· Ensure the fulfillment of the control plan for incoming goods, assembly processes and finished products.
· Participation in the Layered Process Audit schedule.
· Monitor and maintain the quality level of product.
· Use various tools, fixtures, measurement devices to analyze functionality of product.
· Document and complete required checks utilizing electronic or hard copy means to record product status.
