Job Title: Robotics Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be pivotal in troubleshooting and repairing all production machinery, but especially robotic painters. This includes paint process machines, paint robotics, hydraulic presses, conveyor systems, grinders, welders, rack systems, and up to 480v electrical components. You will also undertake general maintenance duties to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.

Job Type

This is a permanent, direct hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chattanooga, TN.

Work Environment

This role prefers some flexibility to work in shifts.

Starting Pay: $37.81/hr PLUS $1 for off shift, so $38.81/hr

$2,500 signing bonus after 30 days

Raise to $40.15 after 90 days

Raise to $41.54 after 12 months

Shifts: 12-hr nights - either 5:30pm to 6:00am or 6:00pm to 6:30am

3rd shift - 10:00pm to roughly 8:00am

Continental Night Schedule: 2-2-3-3; 12-hr shifts

3rd shift schedule: Monday-Friday with OT on most Saturdays
