Proposal Coordinator/Specialist We are currently looking for a
well-organized, highly motivated Senior level Proposal Specialist to
support our competitively bid government and commercial proposals. The
Proposal Specialist, under general supervision of the Director, prepares
and ensures that proposal processes and packages are complete before
being submitted to our government customers. Responsibilities Provides
support to the proposal process in the preparation and submission of
proposals, which includes determining sponsor requirements and
preparation of budgets/forms, according to appropriate guidelines Review
and analyze RFP documents to ensure adequate information for budget and
proposal preparation is provided Compile cost, schedule, and technical
artifacts in the development of proposals in accordance with RFP
specifications Enters proposal information into required submission and
financial systems. Coordinate development of subcontractor/partner
Statements of Work (SOWs) with the technical team, obtain budgetary cost
estimates, and perform subcontractor price analyses as required Oversees
and prepares proposal revisions and responds to requests related to
proposal submissions Work collaboratively with management to provide the
technical team with the proposal requirements Prepare and submit
proposals on US government site and other websites. Attend and support
all proposal meetings as required, including maintaining the proposal
log and database with proposal status for management. Validate that the
proposal data was entered correctly for submission (on various online
portals). Ensure that the proposal is free of grammar, spelling, and
typographical errors Submit and track debrief requests for win/loss
notices. Qualifications 2-4 plus years of experience in government
proposal processes Experience in reviewing federal solicitations and
translating into a compliant proposal submission. Strong multi-tasking
abilities. Advanced familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and procedures.
Experience with TINA, FAR, DFAR, and procurement knowledge is highly
desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable
with face-to-face interaction with cross-functional teams Proficient in
Microsoft Excel (examples: creating spreadsheets, formulas, formatting,
pivots, etc.) Strong organizational skills to manage time and prioritize
workload. Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and adapt
quickly to changing requirements. Education and Experience Associates or
Bachelor\'s degree and 2+ or more years of related work experience. Due
