Role Summary Reports to the Facility/ Operations Manager. The Location
Supervisor is directly responsible for supervising the day-to-day
operations for the assigned shift. This supervisor assists the location
Manager in providing an experienced and trained staff. Ensures customers
and landlords are provided with the highest level of service on their
shift. Assists the Facility and/or Operations Manager in maintaining
established revenue controls and accountability systems. Essential
Responsibilities Schedules employees and ensures appropriate staffing
levels per shift in accordance with budget. Assists the Facility and/or
Operations Manager in the supervision and evaluation of employee
performance, including participation in coaching and discipline where
applicable. Provides training and support to other hourly staff on
procedures related to job responsibilities and may assist employees in
their jobs as needed in cashier, driver, parking lot attendant,
dispatcher and light maintenance functions. Sets standards for staff by
appropriately modeling company policies and norms. Channels requests and
requirements of location?s landlord to appropriate decision-maker.
Coordinates daily activities with his or her manager and transitions
responsibilities between shifts. Serves as the point person for all
customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims for
the shift. Ensures facility and employee appearance meets company
standards on assigned shift. Audits cashier reports and implements all
financial and accounting controls on assigned shift. Maintains and
ensures the company?s cash control policies. Ensures all employees have
been adequately trained on security and safety processes and procedures.
Monitor properties for safety and security Remain vigilant for anything
unusual or potentially threatening. Recognize potentially dangerous
situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner. Remain
available to staff during shift for reports of suspicious activity,
security threats and safety concerns and provide assistance and
instruction. Report all incidents to Facility/Operations Manager and
Employee Health and Safety/RISK Manager. Participate in safety and
security trainings within the market. Qualifications/Requirements High
School Diploma or GED. Bachelor?s Degree in Real Estate, Management,
Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality or at least one year of experience
in hospitality, real estate, retail management, parking,
logistics/transportation, or the manufacturing industry. Computer
literate; proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel. Proficient in basic
math skills commensurate with calculating time and cash equivalents.
Eligibility Requirements Must have unrestricted authorization to work in
US. Must have a valid driver?s license in order to operate company or
customer vehicles. Must be willing to comply with pre-employment
screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference
verification, and background check. Must be willing to submit to a
background investigation as part of the selection process. Must be
willing to work out of and travel between the (MARKET) locations on a
regular basis. Must be able to maintain flexibility in work schedule in
order to meet operational needs. This may require Location Supervisor to
occasionally work outside of regular scheduled hours. Must be willing to
work schedule: (Add Schedule) Must be able to walk or move to assist
customers in a timely manner; In some cases, must be able to travel up
and down parking garage ramps in order to assist customers and garage
issues. Desired Characteristics At least 1 year of experience
supervising, coaching, and administering disciplinary actions and
