Your role:
Develop, maintain and improve relations with existing and potential customers in the responsible area/province.
Creates the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
Create, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts.
Initialize customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
Monitor the quality of the realization of the actions, improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
Present and explain the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.
You are responsible for
Supporting sales team to meet the OIT and Sales Target;
Setting up marketing strategy for responsible product line depend on competitor environment and customer needs.
Supporting local area sales team set up general and area marketing strategy.
Leading train Philips sales product knowledge and competitor analysis.
Local new product launch and important seminar.
VIP luminary research collaboration and supporting to promote Philips new technology clinical benefits.
You're the right fit if:
8+ years sales experiences in Oncology industry.
Good command of English both in oral and written.
Good business acumen, sensitivity to the dynamics in market place, with good strategic thinking capacity;
Good presentation skills
