With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. The Technology Quality Function is reserved for those positions where Quality is the primary objective of the work delivered. Technology Quality roles will cover all primary quality activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver high quality products and services. These roles include, but are not limited to, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promoting Shift Left Testing Practices that ensure defects are found earlier in the testing lifecycle

  • Championing innovative approaches to testing - test automation / AI testing tools

  • Designing end-to-end testing strategies

  • Partnering closely with the Business on User Acceptance Testing to lend guidance and address issues

  • Leadership - Coach/mentor/trainer of test engineers

  • Reviews the work of others and lends guidance

  • Manager of test engineer team

  • Collaboration with cross functional teams. Excellent communication skills.

  • Embrace data driven culture by promoting full transparency on testing KPIs

  • Tool utilization and adoption - Agile and testing tools

  • Accountable for reviewing testing results across the team and confirming signoff to deploy

  • Manage meetings, set goals for the team and provide feedback on testing tasks

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation is required

  • 3+ years experience leading a team of quality engineers

  • Experience serving large user base across multiple countries

  • Experience with testing cloud-native applications

  • Salesforce expertise - high level of experience supporting Salesforce Apps

  • Proficient in Agile methodology - proven experience in agile process

  • Technical proficiency - solid hands on experience in test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.)

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Proven proactive in project planning and requirements gathering

  • Proficiency in web application testing

  • Comfortable with Git, and CI processes using tools like Jenkins

  • Proven attention to detail and ability to diagnose complex issues in application testing

  • Ability to develop functional, E2E and automated regression suites while ensuring full code coverage

  • Ability to work an altered shift to cover onshore hours through 2pm CT
