Responsibilities:**
Create and implement ETL processes using Talend Studio to extract, transform, and load data.
Integrate data from various sources and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Design and implement data mapping and transformation logic according to business requirements.
Work with various databases and data warehouses, optimizing data retrieval and storage.
Ensure data quality through testing and validation of ETL processes.
Optimize Talend jobs for performance and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks as needed.
Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and data flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and data architects, to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Investigate and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
Provide support for production systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Utilize version control systems to manage Talend job versions and changes.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Talend Studio.
Strong understanding of data integration concepts and techniques.
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, AS400/DB2, Azure SQL Servr) and data warehouses.
Ability to write and understand scripts, preferably in languages such as Java or Python.
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Talend Cloud Migration expertise is preferred.
Good to Have: Talend with Java.
