Description:
Review customer service and technical helpline cases and create summaries of conditions reported. Confirm collection of detailed items from a checklist, troubleshooting guide or other reference material and asses the level of clarity to fit the requirement for the next level of the process. Follow up with appropriate parties using email and phone to collect missing checklist items. Maintain various spreadsheets for tracking of all items.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Working effectively with remote teams to gather information or data
Accountability and ownership of a project
Work with Excel; Group data, filter, searches. Pulling large data files into new reports.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering / Mathematics
Strong Communication Skills
1+ years experience with Excel
Ability to interpret, drawings, graphs and data to recognize trends
Experience working in a team / office environment.
